To be recognized globally as an organization responsible for career development and management in Africa aimed towards identifying the threats and challenges of building career conscious teenagers and proffering globally applicable solutions through knowledge and management for the development of our teenagers and adults in their areas of strength and interest.

To provide teenagers, teachers, parents and other caregivers with information required to identify, develop and manage their careers and talents.

OUR GOALS

1. To raise the awareness of the public concerning the level of misdirection, lack of focus and confusion the average youth is facing in choosing and managing a career, which is one of the major factors responsible for the increasing number of unemployable graduates in Nigeria and some parts of Africa.

2. To identify and solve the major problems affecting career development throughout Africa.

3. To identify the strength and weakness of every child we engage helping them with solutions that will be improve their career decisions.

4. To establish the role of every primary caregiver and steps they can deploy to support career development in their children.

5. To establish the role of schools and their teachers in ensuring career development and their expectation during transition to senior secondary grades.

6. To establish the role of organizations and the general public in supporting teenage career development.
